M&M as Main Contractors have successfully completed unique custom built homes, extensions, renovations and conservation projects in Ireland and France. We are involved with the design team providing early stage services such as budget prices and scheduling in order to improve the cost effectiveness of the project. Our team of engineers, quantity surveyors, design professionals are highly experienced team and have enabled us to successfully complete many challenging projects. From the initial site visit to the handing over of keys our many responsibilities may include obtaining planning permission, Health & Safety Plan, specifying materials, pricing, project management, record keeping, guarantees, warranties and monitoring schedules and cash flows.

New build of a sustainable eco friendly house

A SUSTAINABLE ECO FRIENDLY DESIGN

The challenge of this deeply sloping site, with its breath taking views to Croagh Patrick, The Burren and Connemara was to link it to the landscape without destroying its natural beauty.

360 DEGREE VIEWS

This ocean front house on a fantastic site near the village of Mullaghmore, Co. Sligo required the demolition of an existing bungalow and the construction of a new four bedroom house on two levels.

GOTHIC ROOFED HOUSE

To capture the breathtaking views of Ben Bulben and the surrounding countryside this project required some unique design elements, most striking are the stilt supports and the Gothic style roof structure.

This project consisted of two parts, the construction of a new extension and the conservation and repair of the existing stone herdsman’s house a listed building, built in the 1880s
